Probably not. Since it's a BMW, hope you have lots of $$$$$$$$$$. Their parts are beyond expensive.

It has some "quick connect" style connectors on the upper hose portion and a pull out connector on the bottom. Either pull out the little metal retainers on that upper hose to the detents or remove completely temporarily. Once the locks are released you will need to pull the upper hose off of the radiator and the expansion tank. Then on the bottom there is another metal retainer which should have a plastic tab on it to make it more accessible. Remove this or pull it out to the detent to release the lock. Then the expansion tank just pulls up. It may take some force. Dont forget to unplug the connector for the coolant level sensor and swap it over if its not damaged. Then make sure the 3 metal locks are pressed back into place and that the parts snap into place when locked together. Depending on the needed repairs you may want to check the extra t-stat that sits in the base where the bottom of the expansion tank mounts to, sometimes these can come apart. Then fill and bleed the system, there is a bleeder screw in that upper radiator hose that should be loosened or removed while refilling to get air out. Dont overtighten the bleeder screw or it will crack.

If it's the tank on the radiator style, it may just be the rectangular o-ring on the bottom of the plastic reservoir leaking. Get the o-ring from a BMW dealer,it's a special factory part you won't find anywhere else. Buy the complete reservoir tank if the old one is cracked. Make sure the new tank has an o-ring on it if you do buy the tank. Check out the full mark on the tank while you have it off, it's hard to see when installed, you might highlight the mark with a sharpie marker for better visibility.
