i am looking on ebay to buy a used car cause i cant really go no where.
my budget is $11000 and i might ask my dad for more

the cars that am really thinkin about are

Mustang 2005 V6
BMW 328CI coupe 2000 with mileage around 100k so it gets to by budget
Scion tc 2005
Nissan Murano, but am not sure about this one cause i want a coupe.
so what do u guys think. should i get one of these or something else. i still have to concider mileage, maintenance.

Hey,

Took my driving test this morning, unfortunately didn't pass.

1. I went 25mph in a 20mph zone
2. Signaled too late, for a right turn at the junction after a bend.

That's it. Both were serious.

Are these normal failing faults for people or was my examiner a jobsworth?

Car dealrship hasnt been able to get me financed and it has been over a month. About three weeks ago I went into dealrship and signed new contract and was told that I had finaly been approved and that they had already sold my trade in. Come to find out I wasnt financed. I was told if I dont bring in $1200 they are going to have car repod and that I can just forget about the $500 I gave as a def payment and I can just forget about my trade in bc its gone so I better get use to the thought of walking. I never even gave title to my old car bc I thought that would stop them from selling it till I knew I was financed for sure. I was also told to lie to the bank and say that I gave them $2,000 in cash as a down which I didnt. I does say in contract that I signed that I gave them that much cash. I know they are trying to get one over on me but where exactly do I stand? They didnt get in contact with me withing 10 days of new contract.

I take my driver's test on Thursday and if I pass, we're going straight to the car dealerships to buy a car. I have about a thousand dollars to put down, plus the first month's payment. What is the optimum price I should go for so that my payments will be at the most 250 a month. Any other tips for a first time buyer are greatly appreciated. Thank you.

In the winter how do you properly wash your car? If it's too cold to hand wash your car, what do you do? I took my car to the car wash all summer but this is my first year of having a car in the winter so I don't what to do exactly. well i have a optima battery in my tunk powering 3 amplifiers 2 for bass and one for voice..

but i want to know what size wire do i need to run to keep the battery in the trunk charged ???

would it need to be a small 18 guage wire just to trickle charge it ??

or would it need to be a heavy 2 guage wire so in a way the batteries would work together ...

and also i was planing on just running one wire from positive + side of my car battery to positive + side of my trunk battery..
and just grounding my trunk battery to the frame..

i bought a car on thursday from a person, took it to a mechanic today and found out it has a blown head gasket. the person said they bought the car at auction and it had a "greenlight guarantee" on the drive train.

they dont know what this means but they are trying to look into it for me.

does it mean they will buy the car back or will it be repaired for free or cheaper than it should cost. does anyone know? please help!

When i start my car up and put it in D gear the car accelerates slowly. As i put a little bit more pressure on the gas pedal the rpm's go up to about 3 or 4 but the car does not accelerate until a second or two after revving at the higher rpms. Sometimes the car makes a sudden jerk of acceleration when i slightly put my foot on the gas pedal.

The car has about 61,000 miles on it.

Sometimes i speed and drive the car rough.

It started happening recently and has become worse everyday after. I plan on taking it to a mechanic tomorrow.
I would like to know if anyone has experienced this problem
or know about it.

Any suggestions Please.

I am going for my driving test soon and after 11 months of practicing, I am still not very good at parallel parking. I have heard from some that there is a DMV in the Phoenix area that does not do parallel parking on the test. Does anyone know if this is true and if so where is it?

I had my car worked on 2 months back. He removed and replaced the front struts and the power steering bellows. The next day the steering rack started leaking out from the drivers side bellows. I kept the old parts. The old bellows were torn but dry, no power steering fluid on them.

What are the chances that this leak is do to a poor repair job that was done wrong?
