If your car was sold to you w/o clear title then the dealership has committed fraud, & local police station should be first stop with your documents, to file a complaint(report). If papers as you say, you'll soon be returning said car in exchange for your purchase price. If forced so sue, you may be entitled to damages as well. Talk to local PD, & BBB first for accurate advice on local laws, & proceedures. Good Luck!
