This should be a very easy choice. I will break it down for you.
The Ford: More spacious and practical. If you constantly carry around friends and such this would work well. However this is not nearly your best choice for a sedan. Stay away from American brands. They are considerably less reliable and have very little resale value. If you must have a sedan buy an Accord or Camry as examples.
The Nissan 350Z: Vey nice car and alot of sex appeal. Top reliability next to toyota and honda. The English guy on that show "Top Gear" didn't like it that much(Search it on youtube), but I still think its a pretty nice ride.
Verdict: The 350Z is definitely the better choice in both quality and sex appeal. If you dont have a family, go for it!

you put a Ford Falcon NON XR or FPV with 350z?
buy the Ford Falcon FPV F6 Typhoon or FPV GT (both are 400 and 420 HP Ford sedan = to BMW M5 that is only available in Australia) If Ford sold these in America people wont look down on Ford anymore....

I drive a car very similar to the Ford. It is reliable and roomy. If looks are more important to you, this Nissan looks nice.

no doubt the nissan is better i.e. if u have enough money and service stations are in plenty cuz nissan spare parts aren't available everywhere.
if service wise u hav 2 choose then go for ford.

even though I favor domestics over imports(japanese, not european) anyday, that ford is rubbish. The 350z is faster anyday. If I were to get a car, it would be a volkswagen, audi, etc.
