I read on a magazine article, that there is no special fragance. The smell comes from the new materials that make up the interior of the vehicle. when you dont smell it anymore is cuz your nose has got used to the fragance.
Just try this, when you think this fregance was lost, and sobody else rides it, they will still smell the new vehicle fregance, although you can't.
Some stores sell some make belive fragance that suposelly will recreate the scent, but is just your nose distinguishing a diferent smell. When you get used to it, it will loose its charm.

Chemicals that are hazardous to our health in cumulative
doses, but that chemical manufacturers and regulators justify as allowing because they make our products allegedly better and perhaps cheaper.

A fresh spray of salted elephant piss. If you already looked it up and found the answer to be slightly different, it is most likely that I may be lying.
