I flash my headlights to on coming traffic when I see police car hidden, or in the median that is monitoring for speeders. I'm trying to warn them to slow down. But I don't ever see anyone else doing this. Is this a dieing practice? Does anyone still do that? Does anyone care?

Trying to get to classes in PA. My PA license is valid but privelage in NC is suspended. I am living in NC but a resident of PA. The car I am purchasing needs titled in NC, and my father is willing to title it for me because you need a valid NC drivers license(which they are residents of NC). 1. I never have had a valid nc license and 2. my privilege is revoked in NC. Problem 2 is getting it insured. I can be added to the vehicle as a driver but I am afraid of alerting red flags to the state that I will be driving the vehicle. My insurance company is located in PA, would they insure me under this car if it is a NC title?

To my friends house who is gone for two weeks.

Drive there in the morning and back the next morning.

I've tried the 'i am driving during daylight'
'i am a safe driver'

but i have only had my license for a few months

My truck was hit while I was asleep and I only woke up to my nieghbor banging on my door to let me know he saw it happen. Well the car that hit my truck couldn't drive anymore so he left it parked took the keys and ran off. I called the cops as soon as my nieghbor woke me up and they came out but on the police report all they have on there is the guys name, address, VIN and tag number and no insurance info. I tried calling my insurance rep. and he told me he couldn't help me find out. The car is registered PA, and it happened in MD so I called the PA MVA and they told me they couldn't help me either. I tried looking up his info on the internet and even called a lawyer in which the lawyer told me my ins. rep. should be helping me find out, but no 1 is. I need help finding out how I can get his insurance info. that no one is willing to help find out? i also have he had a passanger in his car and her name is on the report but i was told if i called her then i could be charged w/harasment

tailgating seems to be an offensive / dangerous thing to do while driving. i think its dangerous because the other car might slow down.. but how would it be offensive? (besides maybe the fact it tells you that "you drive too slow"?)

a friend of mine said he tailgated someone because that person pissed him off.. (probalby not a smart thing to do.. but i take it that tailgating is offensive. how?

I was staying with a friend in the city last night ... during the night someone picked the lock on my car door and broke into it. The inside of my car was completely trashed! Everything in the glove box and middle console was thrown everywhere. I looked through my stuff and I do not think that anything was stolen. They left my school parking permit, sunglasses, cd's, change, and they even left my checkbook!!! I was so surprised that they did not steal any of this! It was all hidden though - I do not leave anything like that in plain sight. I did have some ATM receipts with my Account # on it and a paycheck stub (no check, just stub). I am just at a loss? Why break in, trash my car and not even take anything ... a checkbook is just as good as cash? I am very very thankful that they did not take anything, but I just don't understand what the point of it was. No windows were broken or anything. My best guess is that they were looking for Xmas presents???

i am using a radiator, and the top part, where theres a hose that goes the resevoir tank ... the plastic part where the hose would attach is broken off, and so i cant connect a resevoir tank to it.

Will i be losing a substantial amount of radiator fluid as i drive? (perhaps from the pressure that is built inside the radiator)
