Assuming that there is no unusual wear on the engine, I would say it depends on where you live actually. If you live in a climate, where it can be hot or cold, you should use a good 10W30 oil. This means that the oil will be better suited to flow when it's cold out and not be too thick. As a vehicle gets older, say 150,000 miles or so. Move to 10W40. This means that when it is cold it will have the same weight as 10W30, but have a higher warm viscosity, for engines with more wear.

You only want to use a straight weight oil (I.E. SAE30 or SAE40) in a place like Florida or California, where the temperature variance is not that great. Even in the desert, though you still want to use multi-viscosity oil like 10W30, because remember that in the desert, the nighttime temperature can be much lower and you want the oil to flow correctly in the cold. Hope that gives you some good info for that.

As for transmission fluid, use the type that Nissan recommends. Power steering fluid is pretty much the same across the board.

I would use 10W40, power steering is just power steering, and tranny fluid you shouldn't need any.
