I have left the country and am trying to figure out if that resets my driving liscence. I am here on a student visa which expires in October and want to go touring the country before.

I know that there is a form I have to fill out if I need to get a UK license but I want to know if that is necessary.

I have just passed my driving car test, i have now booked my motorcycle theory test but it says this:

Before you can take your theory test you'll need to make sure you have a valid provisional driving licence. You can apply for a provisional driving licence from the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA). The application form D1 can be obtained from your local Post Office.

But obviously my provisional has been sent away as i have passed my car driving test and i have a full car driving license.

What do i need to do?

I was involved in a accident last night i was driving down a side street at no more than 20mph (i was slowing down to remove a childs bike from the road before driving on) when a boy ran out from between two parked cars and hit my car, he wasn't seriously injured has by the time i got my seat belt off and got out of the car he'd ran off up the street, do i need to report the incident to the police??

Or for the SAME money shall I buy a French pile of p@p (Renault citroen peugeot) That is a tough one isnt it. I could understand if they were loads cheaper why you would buy one, but for the SAME money. Why????

Belt was replaced but looked good. Upper idler was replaced and belt tensioner is good. After starting engine two inside groves on lower left idler are showing. Bearing in idler are good and spin free. Could idler have been installed incorrectly?

I have a 2007 nissan altima. The Carpet underneath the driver seat and driver rear seats is always weat... Every time i pulled up my floor mat theirs a water dripping... I was driving my car and stopped it to get my mail. When I tried to start it again, nothing. Then the inside lights started flickering from bright to dark, and the gauges all went haywire. I tried to jump start it but it didn't work.

It's a 2002 jeep grand cherokee.
