I am a first time seller, but I don't want to be scammed by doing this via email. Should I have him come look at the car first and then give him the VIN? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

I know and see people all the time that change into this Badass tough guy/gal when they get a Harley.
What is the psychology behind the ownership?

what is your opinion about this statement, 'twenty years in future regular old oil will still be the dominant fuel. we will just end up paying more.' do you agree with the statement?

My sister is tempted to take advantage of the one car dealer's (local Chevrolet dealer) current promotion which states according to the commercial:

"Do you have five years on the job?"

"Do you make $300/week?"

"Do you have $199 down?"

"The you are approved regardless of your credit history!"

This just sounds too good to be true for me. I personally have never financed a car...I have always saved up and paid cash. What can I tell her to be on the lookout for if she goes to this dealership to take advantage of this offer?

i have a 91 mustang 5.0 and the engine has about 110,000 on it. it has a small oil leak in the rear main and the oil pressure likes to drop a little bit. ive found that thicker oil doesnt leak out as fast and keeps my oil pressure up. what if any is the harm in this? i live in south florida so i dont worry about cold starts so by the time it heats up it should be at a good consistensy and provide me with added pretection, right?

Do the drivers (and possibly the Highway Code - its been a while since I've read it) think that we won't see, or hear, their 7.5 ton lorry travelling through the shopping precinct if they haven't got those little orange lights blinking?

I may seem dumb for asking but I was wondering if you purchase a car new or used that has a navigation system/device in it does it automatically work on its own or do you have to subscribe to something like you do with onstar?

Bought at 80,000 miles and symptoms started at about 95,000. Currently have 123,000. Hasn't got better nor worse. Question? When starting cold does not engage into reverse for about 4-5 seconds and then does so hard. Then when first driving, does not want to shift through gears from like 2nd thru 4th without rpms revving into the 3500-4500 rpm range before shifting gears. When the transmission fluid warms up, the symptoms mostly disappear. If I drive it casually at a casual acceleration it seems to shift thru...although sometimes hanging in a gear. If I hammer down on acceleration and go thru the gears it will almost always rev up the rpms and not change smoothly. Just replaced Transmission flud and the old was "said to be clean". After driving it this way for some 30,000 mile, it hasn't got worse. Is the Transmission going out our is there some adjustment that needs to be made? Thanks.

my car engine suddenly started to shake it sounds like if it was choking with air ,,a mechanic suggested that the carburator needs a full repair-kit and he raised the air uptake pressure of the carburator using two small screws with a spceial screw-driver just underneath the filter case so the shaking rate has become faster (like if the gas pedal is slightly pressed) wht is the best cost-effective method to repair this pb
