Buying a car and driving a car are two different matters. You can buy cars but you just can't drive them without a license and insurance. You didn't mention your age. This will also be a factor if you are under 18. Most insurance companies will not issue a policy. Contracts with persons under 18 are not legal. You need to find a friend or relative over 21 to take you in their insured vehicle to take your test.

Contact a driving school and they can assist you. For a fee the instructor will give you lessons and go with you (in their insured car) to the dmv. If you just want to go to the dmv I am sure it can be arranged, I did this years ago to get my license and It was not too expensive.

well what you need to do if you cannot get a car from nobody , is in the dmv they will rent u car for 15 dollars i think .

(and it is better using their cars (dmv cars) than using ur car because they dont check if ur car`s light work intermitent ,insurance ,etc

the only way is to borrow a car to take the driver's test.
