Including Tyre or without, either is fine, just looking for a rough idea of dimensions

I would agree with monkey guts that 17" is average on most roadbikes, on the machine you specify the front is 19" & the rear is 16" (these are the sizes of the rims only not including the tyre).

If you wanted to buy tyres for that bike you would need a

3.5-19 front &

4.0- 16 rear.

The smallest are 15", as fitted to Honda Goldwings. The largest are 23", as fitted to off-roaders. The commonest size is 18" in the U.K. (a 17" is actually an odd size in the U.K.)

By the way, unless you have a large stock of spares, don't bother with an SR-400. They weren't a U.K. market bike and the weren't very reliable. Getting parts for one will be a nightmare.

average is 17" for the wheel (no tire)

should be 18inch back and 19inch front but if its a super moto they will be smaller
