hey my pops is buying me a bmw m3 right? and he owns a bmw m5, and my sister owns a bmw 540i whats the difference between the 3 cars. ok first the m3vsm5, which is better and m5 vs 540i ,answer those 2 questions for me,thnx =)

Just wondering how the whole company demo thing works in the world of car sales. I spoke with a manager of a dealership today about a career in car sales and he mentioned the prospect of driving a demo. How does this work? Do I still make payments on it? Who pays the insurance, etc?

I am intereseted in buying a 1976 MGB but do not want to invest too much money on it. I do not know anything about cars or mechanics and I am not entirely sure what is wrong with the electrical charging system (nor what it does). The seller says that it runs good despite this problem, I just don't want to run into bigger problems later on. Is this a major problem? Will it possibly be expensive? Thanks for any help you can offer.

can anyone give me some ideas why my pathfinder looses power when climbing hills, i did a tune up, had the tranny and exhaust checked and an stumped from here. It drives fine on the flats but when going up hill it will slow to 15 to 20 mile an hour but you can feel plenty of power in the motor, but no power to tranny?

I changed motors on my 68 and crossed the wires on the altenator and it shorted out the entire car where do i go to try and fix the problem, all the fuses are good if i run a jump wire from the fuse box to the battery i get the lights on but can't find the problem,ther is no inline fuse and it was suggested that the ignition wires melted together but i checked and it is good

I replaced the factory stereo with an aftermarket one. after doing so, I find out that the keyless entry only works with the factory stereo installed. is there any way to get around this and still keep the aftermarket stereo installed?

I got into quite a fender bender with s 04' Crystler Town & Country (minivan) today. I want to pay for the victims damage out of my pocket. I have heard rumors that it is illegal to drive without car insurance; first of all, is this true? Secondly, if this is so, why? Many individual American motorists experience between 0-2 minor accidents in their lifetime, some of which are very minor (where both cars still run fine and there's just a bump or so). Any information would be useful.

I was just given a 1989 Nissan 300zx as a gift. I don't have the paperwork on it yet and I'd like to start pricing insurance policies. I know Nissan made the same vehicle as a "non-altered" and as a "turbo". How can I tell if the one I have is just a regular 300zx or a 300zx Turbo? It has two seats in the front, the back has just a flat storage/trunk space, and there is only one muffler.

I have a 2006 automatic scooter and it turns on just fine. However, when I try to "go" it just stops. As I was driving one day, it just started slowing down on its own and eventually stopped. I haven't been able to get it to move since. I've had the following checked:
-Air-flow mechanism was tightened (could this possibly need to be tightened again)?
-No crossed wires or loose wires
-Battery was fully charged
-There was enough gas
-There was enough motor oil
-There is no internal computer

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Bought a new car recently and my first payment is supposed to be due in 2 days. Strangely, I have not received anything from the dealership or the financing company. Contacted the financing company today and they don't have an account established for me yet. I contact the dealership and they say my financing hasn't been completed yet. It's been almost a month since I bought the car.

Anyone have any idea what is going on here? If I'm unable to pay my bill on the date stated on the contract due to them not having my financing set up, is that a breach of contract?
