You can use a free software called Vinyl Audi (see this link).

Once installed you get an icon on your tray to adjust your audio (including graphic equalizer and extra volume).

Look down at the system tray and you should see a little icon that looks like a speaker. Double click it. A box comes up saying volume control. In the volume control section, at the bottom you will see a smaller box that says Advanced. Click that box. You should see the bass control there. good luck.

i dont know if that possible but if your talin about your pc you would have to get a sound card that has that function and or a speaker system that has that function
