I am trying to find out how to get a car dealers licence. Does anyone know how and where I have to get one at? And how much one cost?

Each state has their own requirerments. You do not say where you are located, so it is hard to give an exact answer as to cost.
Most states require you to have a place of business, and many require zoning approval and a bond. You may also have to pass a criminal backround check!.
Check with the DMV (or whateveer name they use) in your state for the exact requirements!

You have to be LICENSE INSURED REGISTERED WITH THE STATE AND TOWN/CITY in the city you plan on operating in to get a dealers license.As for how much it all costs you need to check with the auto dealers association in the area that you plan on operating in.They will have the all the answers you need.

im not sure about your area ...in michigan you go to the secretary of states office...(where you buy license plates) they will send you all the information...here you have to have commerical insurance...a piece of property zoned for business...a certified mechanic...just access to one is ok...does not have to be on site...and a few other requirments...hope this helps..cost was about 300.00 i believe..+insurance...was 3,000 per year
