ok well i have put 3 on this car and none of them make it a mile before they burn out does anyone know what could be the cause of this THANKS

Seems that about 2 days ago, my check engine light comes on and stays on after I have driven for a couple of min. I went to autozone and they said that since it is a 95 that it wont have odb 2 on it and their machines wont read it (they said this after asking the yr of my vehicle, they never took the time to actually look at it). The light is solid on and is not blinking. I am wondering if it if ok to drive the car until thursday or friday because that is when I am off of work, and the next two days I need a car to get me ten miles each way to work and back. And it is a 95 ford contour lx, 4 cyl, 2.0L zetec.

I drive a 93 Nissan King Cab Truck and the left headlight started flickering one day a couple weeks ago. Then it turned back on. Then it went back off. I have changed the bulb ($$$$ealed beam type) twice with no effect. Today I noticed it came back on when I started my truck. By the time I got to work it was not working.

Where do I start???

I have a short cab1990 chevy silverado power everything with the 5.7L V8 motor in it and my computer blew, today I went to the junk yard and all I found was a king cab1994 Silverado with a 5.7L V8 power everything aswell, does anybody know if it will work witn my older model truck?? the only difference that I see is that the cluster is different, can anyone please help, thanks!!!

The beeping occurs for a numerous number of gauge warnings (oil, engine, etc) but is erroneous. There is never really an issue, and it just beeps constantly and I want to know how to disable it.

I just got a notice in the mail, that I will not be able to renew my drivers license because I have two tickets (warrants) out. Insurance co.'s do ,, your credit should have no barring on your rate! esp. since the state requires it! I think it's just another reason for them to charge a person MORE! I know many rich persons that crash up their car all the time!

I have a Cavalier 98 with 150000 miles, i have noticed that about a week ago the check engine sensor was on when driving my car, however I saw that when the car is full of fuel, the sensor goes of, that didn't happen before, so i dont know what is happening, the car runs great, however yesterday i was driving the car and suddenly it began to behave as if there was a problem with the fuel, like the motor wasn't getting enough fuel, and the car was lossing power, I saw the sensor and i saw that the check engine sensor was blinking, i stop the car and turned it off, to see possible damage in the engine, i didnt see nothing so i continue my way and the check engine sensor stop blinking but continue to be turned on, today i fill my car with gas and the check engine sensor is again off.

Any Ideas?
