Only real way is to relax, and the only way you can really do that is to practice.
And divide your difficulties in zone.
I have to worry about that now, a couple of seconds from now.
That one, way over there I can slow down and let it clear up before being there.
If you see a car braking a few cars ahead, start slowing down long before the car in front of you puts on his breaks.
When possable give the car ahead of you three or four seconds before you are at the same spot.

the three things they're concerned about are making sure you are comfortable behind the wheel, can handle a vehicle without looking like a 90 year old grandma, and not driving dangerously. its best to just calm down and drive like you always would, dont seem tense or nervous, even though you will be, lol. i know i was.

be friendly and drive perfectly.
and on your parallel park...its better to be too far from the curb than it hit it.
