I have a 2000 Nissan Frontier CrewCab...and i want to put a light bar on the roof of the car...i have been looking at Carr light bars...but i dont know what exactly to look for since they have stuff only for 2002 crew cabs and up...any help would be appreciated to narrowing my search down

the key was turned to the accessories position and somehow the key came out, it was left that way for 2 days, the battery is dead, I tried to jump start it, it wanted to start a couple of times, but wouldn't. The vehicle is a Dodge Dakota

2000 Expedition, Eddie Bauer. We are getting ready to sell it and I will be detailing it this week. We are fighting over the steering wheel. As someone who pays attention to detail, I think it is better to put a very nice cover on the steering wheel. He thinks steering wheel covers "cheesy". It's not that I am trying to hide anything, I just want everything to look great and the steering wheel looks like it has had 7 years of wear. Opinions anyone?

I have a 2004 Chevrolet Impala base sedan with a 3.4 and "prefferred group" options. My problem is that my chime is not to loud i can barely hear it. So how can louden it? You know the chime that tells you that you have a key stuck in the ignition or warn you that your parking brake is engaged after you shift from park. How can I resolve this issue?

So today I drove. I've had the car for bout 3 months. I don't drive it much. I'm nto 16 yet. Will be in 8 days. But yeah. Today my friend told me it was in Overdrive. It's been on overdrive. I didn't even notice. How bad is this. It's only been driven at speeds 40 max. nothing over. usually 25-35. town driving. Thanks

When i'm driving relatively fast (65 mph or faster) my steering wheel starts to shake. It also shakes when I hit the brakes from fast speeds (for example, when I am getting off the highway). Any ideas on what that is?

Other symptoms my car is having and all seemed to start at the same time....

When I drive on a bumpy road at slow speeds I can hear something bumping under my car.. sounds like metal bouncing up and down... loose exhaust?

When I turn the wheel all the way to the left it makes a metal grinding noise (imagine turning the wheel all the way to the left, and start driving slowly from a complete standstill).

Any ideas? I don't know if ALL of the above has to do with eachother.. but it all seemed to start at the same time.

I've owned a sunfire since I got my drivers license at 16. After I got my license, my father took me to the car lot and told me that I could pick out any pontiac that I wanted. Well of course I chose the sunfire. When I graduated highschool he did the same thing and of course I bought a new sunfire. well now i'm about ready to graduate college and when we went to the lot to look at cars, they have the new G6. So what I was wondering was what car is better the sunfire or the G6? should i keep my old sunfire and wait until i can afford a different car or should i go with the G6?

My 1990 geo Prism always starts in the morning but after one or two stops it won't start. Will not even crank. After letting it sit for about one hour it will start. Have replaced the starter twice. That did help but now same problem. It seems to be worse during the warmer months.

I've accidentally scratch my gf's dad car while parking. the bumper area was scratch. where can i get it re-spray or service that are good cheap and fast?

I just finished replacing my clutch line, don't ask me why( it was a long story) and i got brake fluid all over my engine compartment, and some of it on the paint in the engine bay. I tried to wipe off all the brake fluid from the painted areas. and for the rest of the engine bay, i tried spraying water and letting the water and fluid drip off. but the warning labels on the brake fluid bottle makes it seem like brake fluid is really harmful. just how harmful is brake fluid? and is it ok to have the brake fluid spill on other parts of my engine? right now i'm contemplating getting a steam clean to get all the brake fluid out of my engine bay.

Proceeding down the street, car just stopped moving, no lights, engine fine, trans had been working perfect. Let it set for a few minutes, started it, and it worked excellent again, for about 2 minutes. Managed to limp it home like this with repeated starting and stopping, now totally non functional. Every kind of opinion in the world here, trans rebuild, pump, filter plugged (it isn't), linkage, torque converter, one "mechanic" even came up with the idea that the "rear axle is slipping...." sure.... Any good trans techs out there familiar with the old 350 trans? Help would be appreciated, son's car, in college and on a budget.
