I do not think the engine is to blame, seeing as it ran for 5 days. If it is the factory system, you will most likely need to have the computer checked. If it is an aftermarket system, check with alarm installers in your area about removing or replacing the system.
Are you sure it is the anti theft system, rather than a loose connection to the battery or starter?

you need to check the fuses for it ,its possible it has blown a fuse for it,there's one in the fuse panel marked security,check it,there's also a good chance it may need to be re-set also,try removing the battery cable from it for a while,and see if that helps it ,i had a truck a while back that i installed an engine in,and it done this ,i removed the cable and it hasn't done it since,it might work for you also,good luck with it,hope this helps.

My son had the same problem, a dealer needs to replace the chip, or sensor.

it probably has something to do with lo jack. You may want to try disconnecting the system and see wat happens
