Why is it when people come into an autoparts store and are greeted they put their head down instead of responding? Also why when people call on the phone do they ask if I can look up a part for them? That is what I am there to do. That is why I am getting paid.

I bought a second hand motorbike from a dealer around 8 week ago and it came with a 3 month gurantee.

It has started having problems. I took it back to the dealer last week and they said the coolant top wasnt on right and they have ordered a camchain adjuster. On my ride home i noticed the inner right air intake hadn't been put on correctly was catching on the forks when I turned right. I took it back to the shop and they fixed it.

After my ride to work the following morning I noticed coolant had leaked and had made a hand size patch on the car park . Also the camchain seems to be a lot worse.

The dealer is wanting another chance to try and solve the problems but seems reluctant to give me my money back. I think I would be a lot happier with a refund as the problems and service have put me off a lot. Also I think the dealer wouldnt be as "helpful" if anything went wrong in the next few weeks when the guarantee runs out.

Where do I stand legally if I ask for my money back?

I was trying to get the wheels off my ford fista, so undone all 4 nuts but still couldn't remove the wheel- could it be seized or something any suggestions on removal would be greatly appreciated. Cheers!

it's really hard to find parts for an old truck so I would ask all you good people.We need a steering wheel bearing for the ford courier pickup truck.we chacked the junk yards and there are none of this kind.any suggestions will be appreciated.

A recent question just makes me ask about the worst incident of Police driving that you have seen....

I saw a woman PC texting while driving...

was nearly hit once by a police car that had no lights on at night...

I read 2 weeks ago that some copper killed someone's fiance at a crossroads, as the copper drove thro a red light at 60... in the paper, it said that the copper was acquitted.

seems like one rule for them and one for us !!!
