If the junk yard couldn't help you are probably SOL pal, I would have guessed that any small ford truck would work if you change out the whole column, not just the bearing.

Expand your search to include Mazda Trucks and take the whole steering column. More small trucklets were sold as Mazda than the rebadged Ford Courier. Good luck, Have you driven a new Ford truck lately. That's a 30 year old horse pasture time.

If you tried all the salvage and aftermarket part places with no luck, you may want to use a steering column out of a different model vehicle. This will require a few modifications, but it will give you a safer, more modern column. Try taking a column from a Ranger or a Mazda B-series. The effort required to graft in the column will be well worth it.

disassemble and take bearing to local (hopefully ) Commercial heavy /industrial parts supplier. They can take measurements and see if you can get a bearing.
Also as the ranger was a mazda maybe you can get parts there good luck
