Just picked up a Mercury outboard 80hp, 2 cycle from the late '70's, I assume, serial # 5773548- What is the fuel mix ratio? I have added a fuel tank of regular gas, without mixing- How do I now mix the fuel?

Thanks!

Ok, get this... I was in my friend's mom's DODGE CARAVAN!!! A freaking purple soccermom car. When this guy in a Civic pulled up next to me. It had a bodykit, and all of that. He kept reving his engine, and stuff. He wanted to drag. I got tired of him doing it, so I agreed by reving the minivan. Lol. When the light turned green, we took off. Now here's the kicker... I actually BEAT him! Don't ask me how, but I did. He just drove off in shame. Which brings me to my question. If people have a crappy car that may LOOK fast, why are they so cocky? It's REALLY annoying...

Hi, I would appreciate some advice please? I'm in my late thirties and although I have had some driving lessons in the past and did make progress, I gave up before even trying to take my driving test. Would you advise me to have another go and stick with it this time, or bearing in mind the increased volume of traffic, higher incidence of road rage and the impact of cars on the environment etc, would you suggest I stick to public transport?

2002 Honda Accord LX V6 with ABS brake system. Took the car to midas for a regular brake pad change after squealers were heard. Right after I got my car back, the brake pedal suddenly felt soft, and if I pushed with a little extra force, the pedal hit the floor. So after bleeding the brakes, Midas said it was a leak in the master cylinder and it was coincidental. After a little arguing, I got them to replace the master cylinder at no charge. However, the pedal feels a little better, but it's still extremely soft. Again, with a little extra force, I could push the pedal until it almost hits the floor. What else could it be? This has been hell. All I initially went for was a routine brake pad change.

Why do some motorcyclist insist on riding like complete nutbags and spoil everyone elses driving pleasure. Been out for a drive with the wife and kids this afternoon and they were everywhere buzzing around like wasps. They pull infront of you so you have to jam on the breaks, make you swerve out of the way, make you jump, ride to close etc etc. Before all you bikers start ranting, I have a vfr 800 which I enjoy riding but don't p**s off every other road user. Why do they/you do it?

The lip of my car engine hood has a slight upwards dent. I'm wondering if I gently hammer it to smooth it out... good or bad idea? I don't want to make it worse. The dent was caused when a friend tried to pry my headlight area off to change a headlight. To get a good grip, a screwdriver was inserted between the lip of my hood and the top of the headlight area. Unfortunately, the lip of my hood was slightly dented upwards. It's solid metal, not fiberglass. Any suggestions?
