He was driving had a seizure 3 other cars totaled and 5 cars other damages no one was seriously hurt but him , Im worried because i am the owner of the car i need advice.

I charge it during the day and drive it around then at night when i go to drive it is completely drained, also i had a few starter problems before this started happening, could it be beacuse of the bad starter or starter cylinoid?

I put the car up in the air and nothing looks bent except the rim. I put the spare on and no more shake in the wheel but the alignment is way off (pulls hard to left) and visually appears to be towed in (angled in) about an inch or so. When I put it on stands and held a bar next to the half shaft that was spinning (CV joint 1/2" bar) it has a little out of roundness to it...is that normal? The tie rods visually look fine. Will a new rim and aligment solve this? The lower control arm also looks fine.

Somebody drove into my toyota pickup, hitting just behind the drivers wheel but not the door. Because of the kink in the panel (side panel) I can't open the drivers door, and the mud protector (?) is bent as well.

Anyone know how much/how long this would take to beat out/spray paint if necessary? They other guy was at fault, so he will pay for it, but I'm just curious b/c I cannot afford to be out of a car for long.

1984, has been sitting for 5 years. It seems the cotter pins that connect the transmission (rotating bar, I don't know what it is called) that con nects to the rear gearbox, visable from exterior...have been sheered, yet is still connected! I have not yet turned over the motor (as I am changing out fluids). It does not seem like the part is completely fractured, does anyone know if this is a fairly easily repairable procedure or will I have to change out the entire "linking rod"? I was given this workvan and the budget is only $500 to get it running, I have already sunk $122. Thanks for ideas...no smarty pants answers...I know it is junk, just seeing if I can reset the pins myself without towing it to a garage.

My 99 Alero 3.4 has begun making a weird noise I can only describe as sleigh bells jingling when I start my car.If I let it warm up and drive a couple blocks it goes away.It can be heard the loudest by my driver side tire well(the side with no belts).Its not the usual belt squeel.I rule out a heat sheild or exhaust clamp as it GOES AWAY!Could it be the breaks or frozen calipur?Had that happen before but it sounded different and came and went. I know its time for a brake job, but I dont hear any squeeking when I stop or drive.By the way,I recently had lifter tick that has gone away, this isnt the engine making this noise is it?!??!

Someone borrowed my car and on returning it said its not got good fuel economy (a VW Golf 1.4 S). It always seemed ok to me, but 've just filled it up and and gonna monitor the miles per tank this coming week.

How many miles per tank do you get ? If possible please state your car make, model, and engine size.

If you diesel people want to chip in with your miles per tank.. that fine too.

For USA... gas for petrol.... and kilometers maybe... but I don't understand those much.
