While I don't know which state you're in, in Texas for example, you could take it to a state inspection station. While Texas no longer requires this as part of the inspection, most of the stations have the equipment to do this! Also you might try a parts house, like (ugggh) Auto Zone. They perform many checks and small services. Finally, There is always a garage or the dealership. Hope this helps. Good luck!

Get a Haynes Repair Manual at the local Auto Zone or auto parts store in your area. It will troubleshoot and show you how to fix your vehicle. Also on the Auto Zone site has a section for vehicle maintenance

Here is the Site to a different carl; AZ did not have anything on your model. BUT it is still the same principle. and you need either a flat tip or philips screwdriver to adjust the lights.

So just pay attention to the alignment part only.
