There aren't any "women" who designed an entire engine for automotive use. The first engines as built by Daimler, Benz, Ford and all of the other makes are based upon a design made famous as the Nikolaus Otto engine. There have been, and still are, of course many women engineers who continue to influence automotive design (see source below), but none of them were or are directly involved in the design of the engine.
