The above posts are good posts, but they're not the answer to your question.

For Saturns it's the Top Engine Mount. I'll see if I can find DIY info to post here. It's a cheap fix and you can do it with regular sockets and a jack placed under the oil pan (be sure to place a block of wood or a thick layer of cardboard between the jack and the oil-pan).

Good luck.

UPDATE:
Another problem you may consider is the ECTS, the Electronic Coolant Temperature Sensor. Doesn't seem like it would affect your car's idle, but when it is defective on the Saturn it tends to tell the car the temperature is too low. In response, the car will idle higher, making it rougher as well. A manual trans S Series Saturn should idle at around 900 RPM when warmed up. An automatic, in Drive, will be somewhere in the neighborhood of 650-700 RPM at idle. If your car idles about these, the ECTS is probably a dud.

I wouldn't go too extreem w/ this, I would just check the normal maintance on the vehcile, and if it still shakes, I would check the motor mount bushings, if they are a little wore out, this will not hold the motor to the frame very well, causing it to shake quite a bit. More than likely if the engine is running fine, and is not knocking. This could just be a factory defect, just like the 1990's dodge neon's. They have been known to shake a bit when at an idle, while in gear. This is a very small car, and it would not take much to feel a slight vibration. good luck and I hope it isn't too serious.

No definitely not
your car is not idling its knocking
that happens when there isn't enough air to support smooth combustion
1. try cleaning fuel and air filters
2. try raising your idle speed (brings down fuel economy)
3. get your distributor checked for spark timing and spark order
4.try replacing cam belts and try adjusting cam timing
5. keep blipping the throttle at idle
