hey .. my lights go on when it gets dull.
my wipers go on when it rains.

My last bike was a K100-LT and was a great tourer but too heavy. I only really ride for a half-hour at a time but really enjoyed the comfort of the BMW. I'm 6ft 1in so need a big bike and don't want to get sore too quick. Do racing bikes give you sore wrists and back? I don't really ride fast but obviously want a bike that I can push from time to time.
I want a balance between rider comfort/ feeling of being in control of the bike/ and speed (in that order). Any suggestions?

Its a 1994 Pontiac Trans Am 25th-v8 special. I accidently put bad gas in it and ran on it for a couple miles. Realizing what i did I flushed my tank. (nothing nasty was in it). I have replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel injectors, distributor, spark plug wires, spark plugs, air filter. No kinked gas lines, cant find a vacuum leak. No antifreeze is missing or in my oil. What can it be??

It has started to overheat and release anti-freeze. I have been told 2 different things. Either the head gaskets need to be replaced or since it is a V6 engine, it may just be an intake manifold that needs to be replaced. (I am looking to possibly buy this vehicle for a VERY low price and am actually wondering if it would be worth the cost to fix this as the car is in otherwise MINT condition.)

It is well known that the technology to migrate to alternative fuels such as bio-diesel and ethanol (see Brazil) is solid. Also, hybrid techology has advanced to a point that it can be used very well in a variety of automotive applications.

The question is, why isn't the US leading the way toward these technologies? Why won't the government offer real incentives to auto manufacturers and energy companies that would help wean us off of foriegn oil?

Is it just to offer protection in case of a tail strike? I imagine it has sensors to warn the pilots should a tail strike occur.

The metal tip inside the spark plug wire stayed on the plug when I pulled the wire off. The deep socket can't get down far enough to grab theplug. Tried to get it off with needle nose pliers but no go. Don't want to hammer it and damage further. HELP!

Hi - I have a second hand CG125 at the moment but if I pass my test I will be wanting something bigger (and faster) - But if I am spending £1300+ on a newer bike I would like to keep it looking really smart

What do you guys do - Have you any tips? If you have to go out in the rain like me, can you stop it from rusting to bits
Do you coat the bike in wd40 as I have been told?

When I see R1s Ninjas and especially Harleys they are normally in really good nick and would love to know how they do it - Any tricks of the trade?
I know it might seem a bit of a dumb question but people who have been into bikes for ages must have some answers?

Is there a way to test an ignition condenser to see if it is working properly? Aside from replacing I mean. The small engine is a 25 year old 2 hp Johnson outboard motor and the spark is strong but interrmittant with a spark tester. And what exactly does a condenser do? Is it like a capacitor? Can I put 2 in parallel? Would that help the spark quality?

I have a 97 Nissan Altima and when I turn my car on all of my dash lights cut off except for my brake light and my battery light. Im thinking that a sensor or whatever controls both of these lights needs to be replaced. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks

The thing that I dislike most about the car is the amount of road noise the car makes. Driving on the city streets isn't too bad, but once I get on the highway, I have to turn the music way up just too drown it out. What are some things, if anything, that I can do to reduce the road noise, even if it means going to a professional car shop?? About how much money is it going to cost me to do these things?? Only other dislikes about the car: kinda cramped interior and occasional blind spots, otherwise, it's awesome. I get compliments on it all the time. Also, if I wanted to get some things installed now that I didn't want installed originally from the dealership, can I contact the dealership now and have them do it?? Thanks !!
