If you are the do it yourself kind of person you should visually inspect your brakes for anything loose. Make sure your pistons move in your calipers and your slide pins are free. Check for any overheating of the rotors. Check to see if your pads are still together. If you have rear drums inspect the hardware and make sure everything is still moving in there.

Most likely you have metal rubbing on metal.
Change your pads, Only turn the disks if the wheels vibrate when your braking, and I stress only because 9 times out of ten turning the disks is unnecessary. Taking the shine off with sand paper is good enough.

Sounds like false abs activation, likely the speed sensor in the rear end is faulty. Best to take to dealer and let them drive it while monitoring the sensors to identify the fault. Expensive, but the right way to go.
