OK so I am making a right hand turn into an alley and the person as I found out afterward was running late for work. So she tries to pass me on my right hand side (passenger side) as I am turning and side swipes me. She ends up blowing out her tire when she hopped the curb. Now heres the thing it was her moms car and I talked to her mom and she said that the witness saw it all and said I hit her. Well for the 5-10 minutes after the accident no one came out to help her. So I think shes lying cause if I was this persons cousin I would have stopped and made sure she was OK. And let me remind you I was turning right and she hit my right side, on a 2 lane road, she shouldn't have been passing me in the first place and even if she wanted to pass me she should have passed me on the left. And I wasn't using my turn signal, Ooops!!! But I'm not gonna say that cause I think this b*tch is lying about a witness. Just give me you opinion. Thanks

The truck was stolen and the insurance company told me if it was not recovered within 22 days I would recieve the cash value payout. It was recovered the day I recieved the payout quote. Can I take the payout or do I have to take the truck back? It was found in relitively good condition.

I need to find a switched 12V power source on my Kenwood Z828 stereo to connect an amp. This would be easy if I had a wiring diagram but they don't give you anything b/c it's a stock part in the 04 F150 STX. Has anyone done this before?

Also, what is the best way to run the power cable from the amp to the battery in that same truck?

I recently bought a susuki quad 450 about six months ago and rode it religiously twice a week (if not more). I'm getting ready to start a new job and have a strong feeling that my riding days will be over for some time...Any suggestions on how I can keep this bike in tip-top shape so when the time comes I'll be ridin dirty??? So my parents were looking at the van that they liked and we made a deal with the seller. We gave him the down payment and would pay the full amount in a few days and pick up the car. He later called us the same night that we had made the payment and told us he changed his mind to sell it. Is there any legal action to getting him to sell the car? We had spent a lot of time researching and a lot of gas driving to his house to check out the car and now he does not want to sell it. Any way we can still buy it?

It is a '96 Bonneville (automatic). No problems when driving, but if I sit idling in drive with my foot on the brake for a few minutes and then put it in park it stalls and will start up again no problem.

I don't have any maintenance lights on, plenty of gas, oil change isn't needed for another thousand miles, and I'm not leaking anything - although it does smell like gas under the hood...?

Any insight would be appreciated, thanks.

Doesn't matter if door is shut or open, doesn't matter iif key is in or not in the ignition. The problem is inconsistant. Any ideas? The car only has 50,000 miles and is well taken care of.
