Are Mercedes Parts Expensive. I was told since they merged with Chrysler they are not expensive anymore??

my car makes this sound only when i am stopped for a period of time, or when i just start my car. is it the fuel injector or is it the spark plugs. this sound is like idling, but it is heavy and offbeat.

My A/C needs to be charged with freon. I heard that freon cannot be purchased due to gov't laws and the only way I can get it is if I have someone do it. Can I actually get freon at a local parts store? And if so, how much? And also, what kind of gauge will I need to charge the system?

My driver's side window starting acting up after a recent cold snap.
When I tried to lower the driver's side window on a freezing day, the motor just spun. The next day the window came down--as if it slipped of it's track and just slid down into the door. It won't go back up. I think the motor is fine because I can hear it cycle. Can I fix this myself? Thanks.

I got a ticket for going 60 mph in a 40 zone. I took it to a traffic lawyer who charged me $100 for the legal fee to get it amended to a non-moving violation. Also, I had to pay $275 to the city. Is this typical or did I get ripped off?

I cannot pull my clutch lever. The cable is good as is the lever.Also the bike does'nt seem to go into gear when you hit the shifter. I pulled the cover on the left side and the "clutch rod" going into the motor is free but I don't know if there is supposed to be a spring behind it or not. Any help would be appreciated.

For some reason, the heat wont kick on unless im driving over 30MPH when Im going above 30 its fine but when I start the car or travel at speeds below 30 it wont heat and just blows out cold air from the vents Any ideas?

i have a 1.3 endura engine in my fiesta it is over head valve. my head gasket has blown there is steam coming from the exhaust. i was told these are easy and quick to fix. i have a little experiance in fixing cars but have never done a head i have a headgasket set. where can i find detailed information on how to replace my gasket? I love that particular shape and style of Jag, but I'm afraid to pursue that passion for fear of wild and uncontrolled repairs and defects.
Is that justified though?
Just how bad are these cars?
I don't really need a car at all, I just use them to go shopping and to restaurants and on holidays every now and then. I live in southern New Zealand by the sea, a climate which, I suppose, should be just right for a car from England.
Should I go for it? What do you think?

I have a 1995 geo tracker one day it just died i have checked everything that i know to it has fuel to it and out the return line but the throttle body stays dry the injector is not firing i was told it sounded like the computer went out but a local salvage yard has loaned me 2 different computers to try and it did the same with both it doesnt seem to be getting any power to the injector i have found no blown fuses or broken wires i would really like to get it fixed before i have to take it to the shop and pay someone to do it
