I have just earned my commercial liscense for single and multi-engine. Rather than instructing are their any other opportunities for work. I have about 220 hours, 130 multi, and about 160 PIC. I have look for websites everywhere, but of course most all jobs have a mimimum of 500 required. Does anyone know of any websites that post entry level jobs for pilots other than instructing. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I have a VW Passat station wagon. We replaced both front and back brakes last November. Last month a terrible grinding in the back sent me running to the dealer's service dept. and they said that our front brakes had 10% usage, but the back had lost 90%. Is that possible?? Could it be that the dealership didn't replace the brakes last year like they said?

My friends and I are considering buying a boat together. We aren't naive, we understand there will be issues on its usage and care and feeding etc. We are looking to get as many issues or questions on paper and agreed to first so there aren't any surprises when things come up.

I know we aren't breaking new ground here.

Does anyone have an example agreement? Suggestions on what questions to be sure to have included. Any help is appreciated.

thanks,
Michael
