3) through - some actor's chowkidar -
surely actor won't come to know
4) ask - "karol bagh - Delhi" super engineers / mechanic to do it for u
5) ditto #4 in Mumabi - many places

but why in the first place you want to buy "Foreign" bike;
believe me they are copying our "Pulsars", "Passions" and "Freedoms"!!!
