I am looking for a FREE vin search on my new car, I came across one awhile back, but do not recall the site.?

I purchaced a "97 Ford Crown Victoria police interceptor, with 86,000 for $3.000 and am trying to find out if I got a good car/deal, this is a major investment for me.

Yes www.carfax.com will give ONE free after that you will have to pay.
