mechanic, i'm wanting a job where i can eventualy make good money,and i have an interest in cars, and i'm willing to work.

I need to make a payment but I dont have the1000.00. I just started my job and I don't have money.. Does any one know of anything or places that could help or I don't know but I need help big time. They want there payment now but I can't lose my car, its the only thing I have for me and my daughters.. Oh pleassse!!!

every time i start my jeep it takes from 5 to 7 sec to start... but the weird part is that always starts... im afraind one of this days is not going to start at all... is it going to get worst with time?... my jeep has 253,000 miles on... wow..

When I stop at red lights or just plain stopping while in "Drive," my engin will stall or begin to act funny (i.e: Odometer will go up and down rapidly, like the engine is about to die). I heard about changing the knock sensor on other year models. But does this repair apply to me. Thank You Very Much

My Dodge is slipping in the low gears only, its a auto. When i gun it, he goes, but when keep a low even pace its jumping. When I'm driving a fast pace on the highway, hes fine. Its under warranty and just a couple months ago had the frt pump, torque converter and all seals replaced. Its got 60,000 miles on it and you know the dodge's are known for there tranny problems. How can I get a new tranny when I know it may need one and all they say, is its fine.

When I start my car and drive it there is a squealing noise that starts. In short:
Squeals reguardless of applying brakes.
When I do apply brakes the squeal gets louder.
After driving for about 1-5 min the squealing stops.
Sometimes starts squealing again 30 minutes later.

Does anyone know what this could be? I've been told by others it was bad wheel bearings...

Need to be there at 9.30. Would leave if driving at 7.30, train goes at 7.25. I don't know which park & ride to park in if I drive, but if I take the train, I get there early and have to wait around for an hour before coming home. I like driving but what if the traffic's bad and I'm late?

Simple for those who know aobut motorcycles....I am looking into buying a small engined motorcycle (250cc) to begin with. I have used motorcycles in the past but never bought a used one, and I would not consider myself an expert at all.

So I have been looking at a few motorcycles like the honda rebel and yamaha virago...

What kind of questions should I ask the seller regarding the bike to know if the bike is in good condition?

Only the top lamp is working when the brake peddal is pressed. I notice that both the bottom lights on each side go out but the two that remain on are not for brakes.
