Not sure what you are asking.
If you are looking for the "legality" of doing it, I am not 100% sure for Europe. However, in Australia, you can legally import it and not have to change the steering wheel to the right side as long as the car is in North America for 90 days or more immediately after purchase.

That is probably not what you are looking for, but hopefully it was interesting reading. Try asking your place where you register your vehicles.

purchase the mustang from a TRUSTWORTHY AND REPUTIBLE Ford dealership used or new. they will send you the title of ownership,then find and research a transport company that would deliver your mustang.
