I have a 2007 Shelby GT500 and I am selling it to someone in California as a used car. The car was not ordered with CA emissions; however , I understand most new cars will pass the smog test without them. How can I find out if it will pass short of having the car tested? I am in Tennessee. And, as a used car, is it required to have any CA emissions equipment installed or does it only need to pass the smog test to be registered?

I was sideswiped by a delivery truck and in the process I got thrown to the sidewalk and hit a car that was parked on its driveway. Our problem was who was to shoulder damages incurred by the car that I hit. That's were recovery claim comes in.

Furthermore, the driver of the truck tried to runaway. People just stopped him from doing so.

I thought that they are to remain in the far right , pass on the middle lane so the cars have the far left to pass. Am I right or wrong?? Semi's need to make the grade yes, but if they go the speed limit they won't block all 3 lanes. Right?

I have a 1995 Infiniti J30. I noticed today after driving it for several hours that there was water dripping underneath the car from the engine. Its not colant and when i looked closer it looked like it was dripping from a hose that was opened on one end. It looks like it this was done by the company just wondering where this water is coming from and should I be concerned about it at all.

OK, I bought a 68 Thunderbird, I only got the door/ ignition key, the seller said if he can get his son to find the other key he would mail it to me. It is a1968 2 door Thunderbird, hardtop. Trunk lock is in the center under the flip up middlesection of the Tbird emblem. I do not want to drill the lock as it is expensive for me right now and hard to get.

How exactly does trading in your vehicle for another work? Are there fees? Would this be a smart move? After getting the new car, is it worth paying it?--Is it more? Reasonable?

It is sort of see through, red in color, and not really that small, roughly the size of a thimble.

I have no idea what it does. It might only be on newer BMWs because the one I am driving is a 2007 330i, but I've seen it in the X5 SUV also

My sales job requires, among other things, driving a lot of miles. Often more than 1,000 miles per week. It also requires a durable vehicle that does well off-road--often on farms, construction sites and in the snow. I've been driving a luxury sedan (that get's GREAT mileage) for a long time, but have gotten myself in some tough situations that have involved almost needing a tow truck and bottoming out on rough roads. I like a roomy vehicle for transporting clients (and friends on the weekends) and I need one that can handle snow and off-roading. I'm in sales and in the Midwest, so an American car is likey a good idea as well--thus my interest in the Tahoe. But I can't justify buying a vehicle that guzzles gas (especially with prices going up everyday), so I'm considering waiting until next year. What type of mileage can I expect from the Tahoe Hybrid assuming I cut off the fuel and switch to electric when possible? Any other vehicles to consider?
