I have a 1995 Infiniti J30. I noticed today after driving it for several hours that there was water dripping underneath the car from the engine. Its not colant and when i looked closer it looked like it was dripping from a hose that was opened on one end. It looks like it this was done by the company just wondering where this water is coming from and should I be concerned about it at all.

it's normal drain from the air conditioner. when the AC is on, there is some freezing in an internal radiator called "the condenser" when the ice melts, the water is allowed out via the drain hose. If the drain hose should become plugged up, then you would probably notice that the interior of the car (carpets in the front usually) are damp.

i don't comprehend something approximately automobiles, yet with the rate of insurance for a sixteen 3 hundred and sixty 5 days previous male, the question is do you % that extreme of an rate. Plus an Infiniti is seen a luxury vehicle. Is your son in charge adequate to deal with it? i do no longer think of the vehicle concerns, i think of the adulthood point of the driving force is what ultimately count.

My guess is you were running your air conditioning, in that case it is normal water that collects on the air conditioning coil no need for alarm.
