Drop a blown hemi into her! Seriously, J. C. Whitney sells a "performance" chip for you on-board computer; which, I believe would be about the only cost effective thing for you to do. Four cylinders don't improve much other than "tuners" and nitrous oxide.

Remove the intake silencer and run a hose straight from the air breather housing to the plentum. Also, put a header on it (if it doesn't already have one) and 3 1/2" exhaust with a high flow cat and muffler. Good luck.

Consider a cold air intake system. And a header.
