hi i recently refinanced both my first and second into a new loan both with countrywide homeloans. I just recived a new payment notice for the new one, then i got a bill for the my old 1st i just ignored it untill i got a call reminding me to pay my mortgage "old first". i looked on line at my accounts the 2nd showed pd and full but the first was still open. I called the customer service line and they said that dont worry about it, it is all being processed. Last night i looked on line too summit a payment for my new payment and i noticed it showed paid in full, i clicked on the history it showed it was pd but the escrow account was like -9k. I called them today again and they told me dont worry about it as it was part of the closing agreement. they told me both of my accounts are satisfied.
any concerns with this?

Hi,
I am trying to get my family out of this bad neighborhood. People honk their horns at all hours of the night, a disoriented addict knocked on our door at 3 and 5 am two diff nights. TWO cops got shot and killed around the corner from here, etc

I am not a person begging and not doing for myself. My husband works a good job. He comes home at 1am everynight even though he gets off at 11pm due to a recurrently late worker that the company wont fire & bus drivers that cant stay on schedule. He's come home depressed b/c of this. I am a mom and a university student about to graduate. I stayed in school full time while pregnant, gave birth and returned to class the same week after being hospitalized for hypertention. 3.0 both semesters!

We can afford a mortgage but hubby has no credit history so they sky rocket the rate to 8%! If someone doing well for themselves could donate 20,000 we could get a lower loan that is manageable. The property is 70,000.

Thanks anyone who can help

I am new to the rental property business and have decided to sign with a property management copy for rental and oversing my property. The property I have planned on renting is a 1900 sq ft house / 3 bedroom. I was recently notified from my rental property manager that 3 military men are interested in renting my place. I have no problem renting to these gentlemen (I too am in the military) but prior to their lease signing, I would like to understand if it is proper to increase the monthly rent. Is that considered discrimination? I am a little concerned about the wear and tear from three young men compared to a family.

Everything seems fine. House appraised good the inspection went well and the loan company has everything they need and have approved the loan. But sometimes I hear loans fail to be funded at the close of escrow. What can cause this and how likely is it?

I listed my property for sale and when I was signing the listing agreement the agent said their may be a small fee if I pull it off market,I asked her how much, she said she didn't know but it shouldn't be much. To find out she knew they charge $500.00 and lied to me saying she didn't know.

There is nothing in the listing agreement about a termination fee, she said if I didn't pay the $500.00 they would not release it and they could charge 3% or 6% if they wanted.

My question is,shouldn't I have been informed of all this prior to me signing the agreement and the agent not being deceptive of the fact?

I ask her about it not being in the listing agreement and she said it didn't have to be and it just is what it is.

My landlord gave me written permission to obtain a business license in her home for the purpose of daycare. When I applied to HOA said no, so I continued and babysat a few kids and didn't get a license (by utah law I can have 4 kids w/o a license) my lease is ending soon and the HOA is trying to sue me if I don't stop babysitting kids. I want out of my lease 30 days early to move where I can do this. I was never given a copy of CR&R from the landlord, Can I get out of my lease because of this?
