my step father passed and his sons are trying to say they own the house when my name is also on the deed. they have been paying the taxes and morgage do I have to pay that back?

Hi! I am ready to move out now, and want to let the apt. mgr. know that I will be vacating in about a week. The thing is...(kinda silly I guess) I cannot decide which form applies "exactly" to my position.
Do I want.. "Termination of Tenancy by Tenant"? or "Tenants notice ending "At-Will Tenancy"? or "Notice of intent to Vacate? (scream) They are all starting to sound alike.....If anyone has any clarity they can share, I would really appreaciate the advice.... Thanks!

How big ( or small) is your home? It doesn't matter if it's a house, duplex, condo, mobile home...etc. I am just curious to what the average size home is. People from countries other than the US please answer as well, I'd love to hear about your homes! The apt I live in is 996 square foot.

ok here is th deal...i am in the process of buying a home..but if you have ever bought a home before you cannot have a certian amt of debt when u apply. (the banks think your a high risk) but i have one high bill that i need to pay NOW! the money that i need i could take off my cc, but it cannot show that it was taken from the credit card. WHERE can i get a loan that will not show on the credit buerau, but give me the cash i want and ill repay them after i close on my home. (i have a account that will be released to me on sept 1st 06, with the 6000 dollars coming back to me but i CANNOT touch this acnt untill the 1st of sept...but i need the money now to buy my dream home!!! its making me and my family a wreck! anone out there with real answers??? (please no sarcastic responses, im really stressed out to the max.) need money within 7business days...willing to pay somone interest if they front me the money!! help!---again this borrowing of money CANNOT Show on the credit buerau!!! help!

if my Landlord went to make copies of receipts for our rent payments...and tells me that i owe him 45 cents for him making them... and he done gave me 3 of the receipts but wont give me a 4th one untill i pay the next rent which is in 7 days... do i have to pay him the 45 cents or tell him to go Screw his self?
btw the receipts are to give to another landlord to move there.

my girlfriend is the one making this complaint...

Brief description due to word limits-it's the best I can do. My realtor set my home’s price at $200,000. My home’s buyers are his associate & wife, rental investors. I’m suspicious. Refinancing next door, Sis expects a $265,000 appraisal. My realtor said loan appraisals aren’t real, inflated to increase loans. Is that true?

I was given 30 days to move. The house was FULL of my parents things and in chaos from remodeling. I'm disabled and alone. I didn't want movers because they cannot sort through my parents things to give my family. I offered to pay rent for an additional week, but it was refused. When no papers were received from my mortgage co., my realtor said I could relax. There may be a 1-2 week delay. The next day, he brought a mover to see what furniture must go. He told me I only have until MONDAY. I repeated what he said about the delay, but he denied it, reminding me I’ve already had a month! I feel railroaded. Am I wrong? Is a plea for time unreasonable? I'm a wreck!

I am in the process of purchasing my 1st home in IL, closing 7/5.

I have a "dual" real estate agent from Coldwell banker whom I would like to fire due to what I feel is a conflict of interest. Her contract withthe the seller (whom I approached about the home)states 3% commission for being a dual agent (and not helping the buyer). If I fire her and bring in another agent, can she increase that commission?

I'd hate to loose the home because she inscreases the amount the seller will have to pay her.

Sellers are acquaintances listed with this agent. Agent has not done much on my behalf and her addressed me as "your client" to my loan broker.

Please advise.
