Try a new bookstore..I have seen some with rental agreements..
If you can't do that..type a contract..then go to your bank to have it notarized

you need to be very careful in doing this. if it is a brand new car and you got it for the purpose of re-leasing to your friend it is considered credit fraud. also if you are still making payments on the car, regardless of the lease you have with your friend, if she doesn't pay its your credit that will be ruined.
