I live in Vegas, and I want to move to an area where I can have a bigger backyard than the typical Las Vegas yard. I like small-town living. I am here because of work, but now I can move my job somewhere else, because I now work online.

You can buy lots in my town for about $2500 a piece. The lots are 53 feet wide by 100 feet deep, so most people buy two or more at a time. Water and sewer lines are already in place and working, and most lots already have power to them. Natural gas is available easily enough.

There is a bar and cafe in our town, and a gas pump. We have mail delivery daily to the post office boxes. We have DSL and dial-up internet, and a new tower on the mountain for good cell phone service. We have a fire department, and no crime at all. We have a good school - one teacher, 8 kids. We have a great library.

Groceries on the other hand are a 65 mile drive, along with movie theaters and fast food joints.

This is a ghost town, however the next mining boom is coming very soon, in the mountains south of us. Things are gearing up.

I very much love living here, and the location is perfect for someone with an internet business.

Contact me if I haven't scared you off.
