Is it rent in another word or is it different for a business? "Monthly mortgage payment". It's not the same as rent, right?

I paid $100,000 for a two-bedroom home with a finished basement in southwest PA. It has a full attic with hardwood floors. Approximately how much value would be added to the home if I converted the attic to a third bedroom? By size, it would be the largest bedroom.

Okay, I don't know what category this would fall under. But okay this is the situation. My boyfriend lived in an apartment with his bestfriends and his bestfriend passed away this morning. My boyfriends name is not on the lease, so being that the only person on the less is no longer alive. How does that work, who pays the remainder of the lease, and what are the laws on that, since technically it is against the lease agreement to allow my boyfriend to live there with his name not on the lease anyway? Help some advice please....also is it normal for my boyfriend to not spend as much time with me after he has a bestfriend pass away? Thank you in advance.

Need a good idea for splitting rent fairly between myself and my two roommates. There are 3 brs, but 2 of them are almost equal, so the price should be similar, with one being just a tad higher. So it's making it difficult for me to decide how to split the rent. Please help!!!

I am looking to move out, and need a place to stay.
I don't mind apartments, I just don't like them.
I've heard of Westside Rentals, but from what I hear they charge a lot and have a bad rep.
Are there any other sites for this city?
That are free to check out?

Considering buying a home. There is a driveway which is in the middle of the property line...half would belong to us, half to the next door neighbor. There is also a garage which is divided down the middle. When it was built, the people in the homes in question were related so they shared the garage. If we move in this would not be acceptable. What's an ideal solution for this problem?

It was toxic mold that I had to move out for 6 months. I had to pay my rents as well as for all of the damages of the property caused by the third floor with the previous owner. Hello Everyone,

I live in a corprate housing apartment and had MAJOR water damage from a broken dishwasher pipe from the floor above me. I was out of town that night and came home to find 2 laptops, and the rest of my home office distroyed by water. 3 inches of water in my living room, all furniture, eletronics, entire kitchen, printers, faxes, clothes and so on.. I estimate close to 15,000 in domages if not more. Do i go after the apartment building or the tenants who left their dishwasher on.. The entire ceiling drywall is caving in, wall are pealing and so on. but again I am only renting.. Any Advise?
