Where can I find active rental listings in Los Angeles?

Question

I am looking to move out, and need a place to stay.
I don't mind apartments, I just don't like them.
I've heard of Westside Rentals, but from what I hear they charge a lot and have a bad rep.
Are there any other sites for this city?
That are free to check out?

You do realize the LA is about 1/2 of southern california . . . you might want to narrow it down a bit.

Go to yahoo , click on real estate , enter los angeles and click the apartments option . . . about 500 listings

Craigslist.com is one of the best and so is westsiderentals.com. Craigslist is probably the best for anything you might need....... anything
