Our landlord is a greedy piece of trash. We have paid our rent on time every single month for over 2 years and she will not fix anything. We have contacted local agencies and filed a formal complaint. They told us to send her a formal letter stating exactly what we need done to our house. Can anyone help me with this? What do I need to put in the letter? Any websties with examples? Thanks to all!

I live in a city of about 45,000 people, we're not really big. I'm a college student, I would be living by myself, so I don't need a lot of room, I was just wondering what the cheapest price I could expect to pay would be.

I'd really like to move to California, but I have no idea where to start. I mean, I do know where I'd like to relocate to but I'm afraid to go out there without already having a job and a place. And I'm completely understanding that it costs more to live out there I just don't have the cash to go out there, look for a job and a place. Come back home, get my stuff and then go back out there. I'd like to be there and thats it. Can anyone help me, with a constructive answer?

I currently own two houses wiht a friend of mine. One is a rental property and the other we live in. I may be moving in the near future and do not want to maintain ownership if i'm not able to help with either property. I also don't want to have to refi to have someone else placed on the loans. Is it possible to simply have someone else take my spot as the join owner on both loans as long as they have sufficient income to replace mine?

So I saw this ad online, went to meet with the guy. He was very nice and polite, etc. But how do you know if someone is like hiding their sketchy creepiness?

Hello, My landlord decided to make major repairs on the building I leave on. These repairs will take two months from 8:00 AM till 5:00 PM M-F.

I want to break the lease because I cannot be in the apartment during the day and sometimes I work third shift making it impossible for me to rest.

Can I break the lease because of that?
