Aerial video is typically quite expensive. I was wondering how to set a cost for a aerial video of a real estate property using this nifty little helicopter.

I want to use the report to request my lender cancel my PMI. I know I have more than 20% equity. I'm trying to prove that by showing appreciation of the neighborhood instead of spending $250+ for an appraisal. Any tips are appreciated!

We built a deck onto our house despite county rules that we were only allowed to build a patio thus, we did not get building permits for the deck. How difficult will it be to sell our house? Will this be a huge issue?

We have an Iterest Only 80/20 Loan that is a 5/1 ARM. It is our first home and is a condo and we have lived there 1 1/2 years. Our interest rates are 6.1% and 7.5%. We are planning on selling within the next 3 years max. I've heard you only pay interest anyways your first few years anyways so this loan is ok?Should I refinance? How does all of that work?

When we moved in to our current place, we did the walk through to check for anything that was wrong with the place already. We were never provided with a copy of the deficiencies list, only the lease. A couple months back, I contacted my landlord to ask for a copy of the list so I'd have something to reference while we were returning the property to its original condition. He told me that shortly after we moved in, he totalled his car and lost many documents, our deficiencies list, being on of them. We will obviously do our very best to clean the house and get it into 'move in' condition. We even decided to not hang any pictures so we didn't have to repair nail holes. My question is.......If our landlord claims that the place was better before we move, but doesn't have any written documentation to support that, how am I suppose to approach him with that without being rude?

In a blatant attempt at destroying my future, I have decided to make the worst financial decision of my life: buying a mobile home. Of course, the home will be in a trailer park and I worry about becoming trailer trash. I have been told that trailer parks are like prison and to avoid becoming someone's bit*h, I will need to purchase a trans-am or camaro as soon as possible. I don't like NASCAR and do not have a favorite driver. Please tell me how I can become good wholesome trailer trash. And if you know any trailer trash, tell me if the condition is reversible if you move into a stick built home. I am really scared and I do not want to have to buy a mullet wig just to fit it. Is it worth it to buy the trailer or not?

Thanks!

And YEEEHAWW!

How can you get it through residents' heads that they need to pick up their dog's waste in apartment complexes? Even though the lease specifically says to pick up after their pets, they do not!

How can this be accomplished for all the residents to enjoy the yards without the fear of stepping in dog do-do?

We put down 18% when we bought the house 2 years ago. We know the appraisal will show it's appreciated the needed 2% so that we don't have to pay mortage insurance any more. Is there any way to do it w/o paying for an appraisal? ANd if not, do you know of the best way to get a cheap appraisal? We live in Missouri. Thanks!
