No you lease is not violated. You can make police reports.
Talk with the manager, that you don't feel safe, try using any of the protected classes. I you are a female say that you could be hurt because there is a lot of bad things going on and you have reported. Apartment staff are so scared of law suits, its disgusting, I used to work in apartments. Worst comes to worst maybe you can work something out with someone that works there to give you your file in its entirety, if they don't have your social or birth day, then they can't put it on your record. It's like you never lived there, just be aware that they could have digital documents. Another way of getting out, is researching rental laws, and threaten them with a legitimate law suit every chance you get.

If your apartment is broken into, this does not constitute you getting out of your lease. It is not voided because of the fact someone broke into it. You can ask the landlord to put on better locks (if that's how someone got in) but don't count on him or her doing that. There are safety devices YOU can install (a security bar) that require no tools and will not damage the property. They are portable.

In extreme circumstances you can do what is called a "constructive eviction".
You will have to prove that you were unable to peacefully enjoy your domicile due to circumstances the landlord had some control over.
Most of the time it is used for landlords that will not fix anything and the apartment gets to the point where it is uninhabitable.
If you have rowdy neighbors and think they may be the cause of the break in, you may have something.

Sorry, but I doubt the apt. will let you out of your lease, even under the circumstances. They usually tend to be strict. However, if your bargaining skills are good then you can give it a shot. Worked for me right after I'd signed an extension and then my car was vandalized one week later.

No, your lease is still valid. The terms of your lease may allow you to break it with 30 days notice, so check it. If not, your landlord may allow you to break it due to extenuating circumstances. If you still can't get out of it, you are stuck (unfortunately for you.)

I don't see how your lease would be voided. Talk to an attorney.
