In a blatant attempt at destroying my future, I have decided to make the worst financial decision of my life: buying a mobile home. Of course, the home will be in a trailer park and I worry about becoming trailer trash. I have been told that trailer parks are like prison and to avoid becoming someone's bit*h, I will need to purchase a trans-am or camaro as soon as possible. I don't like NASCAR and do not have a favorite driver. Please tell me how I can become good wholesome trailer trash. And if you know any trailer trash, tell me if the condition is reversible if you move into a stick built home. I am really scared and I do not want to have to buy a mullet wig just to fit it. Is it worth it to buy the trailer or not?

Thanks!

And YEEEHAWW!

Start drinking cheap beer, like Pabst. When it gets hot, move your indoor furniture outside. Use Crisco as much as possible. You don't to purchase a Camaro or Trans-Am you can try a beat up old pickup or any car that is in disrepair and has at least two different colors of paint and/or rust. Start liking NASCAR and hang a Confederate flag from your porch as well. And no, the condition is not reversible. You're in for life. Have fun.

Funny!
Keep your yard clean, don't keep junker cars in front, keep the outside looking nice, don't keep your Christmas lights up all year, oh, and keep you curtains open during the day. There is nothing trashier than seeing a mobile home with the curtains closed during the day. It somewhat enforces the idea that anybody who lives in a mobile home doesn't work. Honestly not worth the investment, they only depreciate in value, just like a manufactured home. Good luck and have fun. Your favorite NASCAR driver should be Kasey Kahne, because he's cute!! (And has the best commercials!!)

Not worth it to buy a trailer. For what you pay for them nowadays you could buy a house. One thing though. I own a house that has been surrounded by true trailer trash. Old cars lining their yards. Children never go to school and who love firing guns during the day and night, Old lumber being used in an attempt to build sheds, Debris everywhere. Yard looks like a junkyard. Does this make me trailer trash even though I have a home? I think not. Wish they never allowed trailers in my neighborhood. Brings the value of our homes down.
