Few months ago I bought a used 2002 tahoe. THe monthly paments are pretty high. I want to refinance it to bring down the monthly payments. I need some tips. I've done research and found out that I should go w/ credit union. I also found Recommended Refinance Car Loan Companies Online such as Auto Purchase Loans,
Car Loan Authority, or National Car Financing
Instant Car Loan. With these loans I simply fill out an application and will be able to help get the lowest rate possible. But I'm not sure if i should fill out the application online. My loan is currently with Bank of America. PLEASE HELP w/ tips.

I just turned 18 few days ago and Would like to know the procedure to creating a bank account with Chase. IF any1 has made one, can u tell u what to do? These are somethings i need to know:

* Can you have a saving and checking seperatly or have them together?

*Before creating an account are there certain papers you need to fill out, do i need Passport or SS# card.

*About wat amount of fees do i have to pay?

*Finally, what are the steps to creating a Credit Card?

*Any tips would be nice.

Some of these questions are simple but Im new to this, so please help me out becuz i don wanna make any mistakes, thanx for your time.

Two years ago, my husband and I had separated due to him going thru a mid life crisis ( kinda like women go thru menopause).. Anyway, we worked things out and got straight again FINALLY. He had lost his job at the time and all of the credit cards, vehicle payments, house, everything fell way behind. I came came back, saved the house, got most of everything except the credit cards caught up. He has now had a job and been there for about a year now.
One of the creditors has now sued both of us for a loan that hasn't been paid back and is in the courts hand with a judgement pending.
I want to clear all of the debts somehow and don't know what to do.
I do not have any of the statments anymore only a credit report.
Is it better for me to file a chapter 13 ( been told that I can not file Chapter 7 because we now make to much money) or can I go thru a credit counseling company to clear these up? which would be better?
I am so confused and scared. I do not know what to do. PLEASE HELP..

Here is my situation:

I have about 11 million in securities (stocks, bonds) portfolio with no debt. I am not looking for super houses so houses in the 500k ~ 1 million will do for me. I am almost 30 and single, no kids (for your tax considerations). I have no prediction of my future income because it depends almost entirely on markets and discretionary bonuses.

I am pretty confident that I can get a low interest mortgage, but does it make sense for me to do that? Suggestions welcome.

Hi everyone! thanks for helpings, okay my boyfriend has no idea what to do, he is going to lose his home because of not paying his morage, he couldnt because even though his whole family works, they dont make enough money to pay for anything, they even strugle of food. Sadly they barley eat out and all they can afford are fast food places. I am very scared for him, the morage company are booting him out and no one will get him a loan because of his low credit score. What is there to do ? Where can he get a loan + not move out ? Where is there to go ? Please Please help ! help ! He already tryed the bank, i want to help him its his b day in a couple of days, he soo sad over this and to make things worster his bro is sick and so is him, they have no insurence to go to the doctor. THERE HAS TO BE A WAY NOT TO MOVE OUT !

We have maxed everything out and now are trying to get things under control. We have about 50K in credit cards, 30 in cars, and 110 in a house. Our home is only worth 128K so we dont have enough in equity. Suggestions on how to fix this or how you have?? Bankruptsy isnt an option we want to even consider. We spent the money and are going to have to deal with it.

I am with Bank of America. I closed it today. One woman told me it will take up to 30 days whereas another rep told me it only takes 24 hours. I'm closing it because money has been debited from my account without my authorization twice now.
