Not if you had a 150,000$ mortage..

It all depends on your debts..... if you were debt free and had that much, you'd be ahead of 75% of the grownups in America today.,who basically dont own the pot they pee in....

No, most people owe more than that on there home. and thats about the average working persons salary for two years. A $1,000,000 now day does not make you rich.
