Your parents were required by law to have a SSN number for you before you reached age 5., so you have a SSN that they have been reporting on their tax returns. If you've lost the card, a simple call to the nearest field office of Social Security should get you a replacement....

Hi, I had to get a replacement of my daughters social security card. I am in California and I know we have to physically go into a social security office and apply for it. Since it's a government agency I wouldn't think that the rules would be different state to state but I really have no idea. Here you need to bring in 2 forms of identification. You absolutely can not apply for a replacement over the phone. I would say find out where your local social security office is. Go in and find out what you need to provide to get a replacement.
I just clicked on the link the guy above me provides and it answers your question. You can download an app. You have to take it into an office or mail it in. There is a link that will help you find "your local office" on that page. I would say take it in because they process your request right in front of you. If you send it by mail who knows how long it will take.

You're 14. You can do this for yourself. Call the social security office. Tell them that you can't find your card, and you'd like a replacement.
Takes a week or two.

Angela D has the correct answer. Your mom is NOT going to get a card replaced by calling.
Take your documents into an office, and you'll have your card in two weeks.

Check out the links below.
Look in the government listings in your paper phone book for Social Security Administration.
You might find in on Dexonline.

Call them on a weekday during business hours. Be polite and ask them to see if one was sent to your Mom. I assure you as one who wears a headset and talks to people politeness helps both of you.

You don't need your card to have a number. My card has been lost for years. If you know your number, that should be good enough. You can contact SSA on line and ask for a replacement card.

A replacement card might take some time. They have to double check to make sure it's really your card.
Why do you need it so badly right now? Surely your parents know you number. They have to use it on their tax returns every year.

Call, or, go to the Security Office in the city where you live and ask them your question.
They are your only resource for your question.

The "man" is holding you back, trying to prevent you from collecting your citizenship and reaping this country for what it's worth... Oh wait, you just lost it and asked for a replacement? Well in that case, state department head was brought down by the "man" forced to retire his day job and blue collar for involuntarily drinking in stress while trying to send a little girl her new S.S.C.
Sorry.
